..
This is new technology, so we appreciate your patience if there is a problem. RV Education 101 does not want you to have issues playing this media, we are here to help you and will do everything we can to make your video download a pleasant experience!
This will not work on a Mac computer.
These video downloads are not available to burn or put into any device such as an I-pod.
Here are some things that will help you for the video viewing process:
1. When viewing the video, please make sure you are on a PC with Windows XP or Vista and using the Microsoft Internet Explorer Web browser to receive the video license and to view and save the video download properly.
2. When you receive your video link it is important that you LEFT “Click to Play” the link FIRST. This will give you your license to view the video. After the video pops up on your screen and you click the play button, you may close it out, THEN you can “Right Click to Save” the video on your computer. Doing anything OTHER than this procedure will result in a message stating “a license is required to play this file”.
3.If your program is set to Block (or warn) on downloads make sure you ACCEPT the download (you will probably be given a yellow warning bar asking you to allow the download) or you will not be able to view it.
4.The faster your Internet connection the faster the video will download. BE SURE you have a recent release of the free Windows Media 11 player BEFORE clicking on the video link.
If you do not have a recent edition, you may not be able to view this video. If you are unsure what version you have, you can obtain a current copy of Windows Media 11 free HERE
After purchasing your video,to get your link or if you would like to watch it without downloading at any time, Login to your account (at the top of the page) here at www.rvdownloads.com using your e-mail and password to access the video link.
Then refresh the screen.
Your most recent orders will be displayed. Click “View” next to the order you had a trouble with
when you get to your link, TURN UP the Volume on your SPEAKERS so if there is an error you will hear it. THEN LEFT click the mouse. The video will then pop up on your screen.
Please make certain you ACCEPT any request message to download files or ActiveX, (you will probably be given a yellow warning bar asking you to allow the download) or you will not be able to view it. please look in the toolbar of your browser.
The video license is given to 1 computer. If you need to download the video to another computer so you may have it on say a lap top or a spouse’s computer, please e-mail me Dawn (at) rveducation101.com . I will reset the license for you.
RV Education 101 will do everything possible to make your RV video download a pleasant experience.
