RV Education 101 introduces online orientation program for RV dealers. The RV owner can also take advantage of this program. The RV orientation, online
RV orientation is a commonly used term for an RV dealer’s class given to the consumer after an RV is sold. The term RV orientation is used interchangeably with the term RV walk through.
Outside of offering to have Mark drive to the dealership to handle a walk-through himself, this RV Orientation program helps to build excitement prior to accepting delivery while providing preliminary training before the dealer staff gives the RV customer the official walk through. This will cut down on orientation time, questions and follow-up calls to the dealership.
