I bought and downloaded your e-book The Three Primary Systems of an RV and discovered that none of the pics or graphics downloaded. All that I got were gray squares.

We bought a new fifth wheel and really need this info so we don't freeze to death. The five minute tour the sales people gave us wasn't enough.

I think that every rv dealer should include one of your books or videos with every purchase of a new rv. I am going to suggest it to the dealer we bought ours from. It is just good business.
