RV Campground Cooking By: Pat Watson

Pat and her husband, Francis, live in Holland, Ohio, and love
cooking and entertaining their friends and family, especially at
KOA Campgrounds. Her new cookbook, "Campground Cooking",
is a collection of more than 200 fun, easy recipes designed for
RV cooking. Pat says all of the recipes can be made using an RV
oven, crock-pot, microwave or electric skillet. She even has
sections on cooking with foil and recipes for grilling. Many of
the recipes can be adapted for cooking over an open fire, and
it's great for busy cooks at home. .... SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE

1 lb. ground beef 1 soup can water
3/4 C. onion, chopped 1-8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 C. green pepper, chopped 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
8 oz. Spaghetti 1-10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
1-10 3/4 oz. can cream of mush- 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
room soup

Cook ground beef in skillet until lightly browned. Add onion and
green pepper and cook until vegetables are tender; drain. Stir
in soups, water, tomato sauce, and garlic; heat through.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to pkg. directions and drain.
Blend 1/2 C. of cheese and the spaghetti into the soup mixture.
Put mixture into a 3-qt. casserole dish. Top with remaining
1/2 C. of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until
bubbly hot in the center.
